Not the most artistic, but that's what you get at 4 in the morning in a bathroom on accident.

I'd taken a shower and asked my boyfriend to try to take a picture but he did it too low and I was like "Oh yeah, my tattoo!" Because sometimes when you have a tattoo in a place you can't see, it slips your mind.

I'd like to redo it sometime. He cut off my head :P
I might like it better in black and white but I can't tell.

I don't know if you noticed the faint scar tissue on the lower middle...almost perfect calligraphy, starting with a K.. or. In the Exorcist the girl wrote help on her skin the same way.

Speaking of that sort of thing, I have a martian talsiman of protection about the same place on my left side from the Lesser Key of Solomon with the legend "Gladius Lorum Intra in Corda" written around it.
(May their swords enter into their own heart.)

Why no, I did not :)

I have a star and moon scar on my right wrist and an R on my stomach.

I have countless kitty scars. I have two perfect tiny little circles on my chest from a kitty I was attempting to house for the night for we have awful nasty things here that love to eat kitties, but the dogs started barking as I was bringing him in and he freaked out. He scratched me up pretty damn good but I didn't notice until I looked down and saw blood on my shirt.

I also have a huge scar across my knee, a scar that looks like a heart on my ankle from a throwing knife, and a large scar on my left wrist.

I'm pretty populated with tatoos from the elbow up and stuff written in Hebrew, Greek, Latin, and chinese, snakes and a wolf-paw print. My idea was if I ever went legit I could cover up with long sleeved shirt and wear a watch over my left wrist. Also a bullet wound in my abdomen, a stab wound, and several related surgeries in the area. So that's a mess and is inclined to gather fat in thaT area because the muscle wall is all sliced up.

From what I somewhat euphemistically call my checkered past. Somehow drugs and alcohol took me out of the world from being a scaredy-cat little kid into a world of monsters. Essentially, my life since then is learning how to live without those chemical agents.

The Hagakure, or book of the Samurai, counsels parents not to cause their children to become afraid of those supposed to be their protectors, because it will follow them into the world. Thus the admonition, 'dogskin inside the home, tigerskin outside.' The opposite was the case.

I think I was intended to be a happy, kindly nerdish person by the good Lord. By the time I was sixteen my best friend was incacerated on an accessory to murder conviction.

Funnny how a happy discussion of tatoos can get me to open up. And now I hear Boss Charley a callin' me for duty.

But quickly as a humorous note, a spine specialist lifted up my back hair over c1 and c2, and said "Someone must have hit you with an axe!!" I told him no, it was just a heavy hunting knife.

That sounds like quite a past you have. I've had more experience with the dark drug world than I would like.

It's funny how fast things can change. It's funny because it's not funny at all. One minute everything's perfect, better than you ever thought was possible.. with such a wonderful present around you, such a beautiful future ahead of you..
The next you're lying on a stretcher unable to remember you own name, but some how you remember his...

It's funny what simple discussions turn in to. I find when I don't ask, they tell. In a good way.
